Once your checkout is complete, a confirmation screen will appear. Simultaneously, an automated summary including your Order ID will be dispatched to your email. If this doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, please monitor your secondary folders (spam/junk).

Can I adjust or cancel my order after placement?

Because we operate with an agile, fast-acting team, processing begins almost immediately. We can accommodate modifications or cancellations requested by 11:00 PM EST on the day of purchase. Please reach out to service@navflows.com promptly for any urgent changes.

What happens if my delivery contains an error?

While we strive for absolute precision, we are a human-driven team and rare mistakes can occur. If you receive an incorrect item, we are committed to fixing it. Simply email your Order ID and a clear photo of the item received to service@navflows.com. We will dispatch the correct product at no cost to you. As a token of our appreciation for your patience, you are welcome to keep the original incorrect item.
