2. TRANSIT EXPECTATIONS

To maintain our commitment to quality and efficiency, Navflows utilizes a direct-to-home dispatch model. Please use the following windows as a general guide for your order’s journey:

3. THE 12-HOUR CORRECTION PERIOD

Because our team moves quickly to get your essentials into the "flow," we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

  • Address Edits & Cancellations: You have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to email service@navflows.com with any necessary changes.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once a shipment has been handed over to our carrier partners, the logistics path is locked, and we are unable to intercept or modify the delivery.

4. REAL-TIME VISIBILITY

Transparency is key to a smooth experience. As soon as your items are prepared, we will send an automated notification with your unique tracking link.

  • System Syncing: It typically takes about 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update with the first scan after the label is generated.
  • Transit Milestones: Do not be concerned if your package appears stationary for 24–48 hours while transitioning between regional sorting hubs.

5. ARRIVAL INTEGRITY (LOSS & DAMAGE)

Navflows takes full responsibility for your order until it reaches your doorstep.

  • Damage Claims: If an item arrives compromised, please send a clear photo of the damage to service@navflows.com within 72 hours. We will arrange a priority replacement at no cost to you.
  • Lost in Transit: If a carrier officially declares a package lost before delivery, our team will manually re-ship your order immediately.

6. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

For our community members shopping from outside the United States:

  • All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
  • Recipients are responsible for any regional customs fees, import taxes, or local handling charges required by their specific country.
