NAVFLOWS | RETURNS & SATISFACTION POLICY

At Navflows, every household essential is hand-picked to bring order and rhythm to your living space. As a boutique startup, we prioritize personal oversight and genuine satisfaction over automated processes. If a selection doesn’t perfectly align with your home’s needs, we offer a dedicated, manual approach to resolving your concerns.

1. THE 60-DAY HOME TRIAL

We believe you should have ample time to see how our products integrate into your daily routine. Navflows provides a 60-day satisfaction window from the date your package arrives.

  • Eligibility: To ensure a successful return, items must be in their original, pristine condition—unused, unwashed, and kept within the initial packaging.
  • Protocol: Please avoid returning items to the production facility. To begin the process, reach out to service@navflows.com for authorized instructions.
  • Proof of Purchase: Kindly provide your order number or a digital confirmation to help our team assist you more efficiently.

2. NO-PENALTY LOGISTICS

Transparency is a core value of the Navflows experience. We do not believe in profiting from a customer’s decision to return an item.

  • Zero Restocking Fees: You will never be charged a fee to restock an item.
  • Fair Shipping: Customers are responsible for the direct shipping costs of returning the product. A maximum of one shipping fee will be charged per return.

3. ORDER UPDATES & CANCELLATIONS

Our boutique team works quickly to prepare your items for transit. Because we are an agile startup, the window for changes is brief.

  • Pre-Shipment: If you change your mind before your order is processed or leaves our facility, we will issue a full refund immediately.
  • Post-Shipment: Once an item is with the carrier, we cannot halt the delivery. In this case, please receive the package and follow our standard return steps.

4. THE REFUND PROCESS

Once your return reaches our studio, it receives our personal attention:

  • Manual Review: We personally inspect every returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards.
  • Communication: You will receive a direct email from us confirming the receipt of your package and the status of your credit.
  • Financial Credit: Approved refunds are issued instantly to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, or Apple Pay). While we process these immediately, your bank may take a few business days to reflect the balance.

5. TROUBLESHOOTING PAYMENT DELAYS

If your credit hasn't appeared within 10 business days, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Re-check your bank or credit card statement for any pending "Navflows" entries.
  2. Contact your financial institution, as internal processing times can vary significantly.
  3. If you have completed these steps and still require assistance, email service@navflows.com so we can conduct a manual investigation.
